Rates range from $159.00 to $229.00 depending on the season. Rates are listed per-person per-night and are subject to change at anytime. These rates include:
- Use of our designated meeting rooms
- A/V equipment
- Self-service snacks and coffee
- One-hour hors d'oeurve set up prior to dinner
- Three meals: lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning
- Overnight accommodations
- Late night snacks
- Recreational equipment

In order to reserve Minnowbrook for exclusive use during the peak season (dates that fall between the Memorial Day and Thanksgiving holidays) a minimum revenue target of $4,500 must be met. This may be achieved through menu enhancements, beverage services or additionally imposed fees based on your meeting requirements.
